Gather her material. Her current CV or résumé (any format), her LinkedIn profile link or a PDF export of it, and any certificates. Rough or outdated is fine — Claude only needs the facts.
Tell Claude about her. In the Claude chat, drop in the files and write: her target field and roles, city preference, work authorization in Canada, languages, and anything she will not do (e.g. night shifts, commuting to Vancouver).
